Japanese knotweed treatment guarantees

We provide guarantees for all of our eradication projects. These are provided in 5 year increments for up to 20 years.

We offer two types of Guarantee, our Standard and Platinum Guarantees which cover you for the costs of additional treatment of any re-growth carried out by us in the guarantee areas during the Guarantee Period. It does not cover you for any consequential losses.

For our Standard Guarantee the Guarantee Area includes the Treatment Areas plus a 7m buffer zone, where within the site boundary. For our Platinum Guarantee the Guarantee Area includes the entire site.

Our guarantees are subject to certain conditions, and as a general rule do not cover encroachment from adjoining land. However, in instances where two adjoining properties benefit from an Environet guarantee enroachment from one to the other and vice versa is covered.  

Please note that for waste disposal purposes, the guarantee does not mean that the soils can be classified as 100% knotweed free.
