Guarantees offered on all of our eradication projects.

Our guarantees are usually accepted by the main banks for lending purposes, please check with your lender.

They are offered in 5 year increments for up to as long as 20 years.

Any additional treatment necessary as a result of knotweed re-growth in the guarantee area during the guarantee period will be carried out by us at no further cost to you. 

Our Standard Guarantee

If you, the guarantee beneficiary, notice regrowth of knotweed all you need do is email us, preferably with a photo. Assuming the re-growth is within the "guarantee area" (defined as the treatment area plus a 7m buffer zone, where within the site/property boundary) we will attend site and treat the emerging growth with herbicide at no further cost to you. 

Our Platinum Guarantee

Our Platinum Guarantee is designed to give client's peace of mind for their entire area of land, where the "guarantee area" includes all land contained by the site/property boundaries, irrespective of which areas were treated.

As a general rule our guarantees do not cover encroachment from adjoining land, although this can be provided. In instances where two adjoining properties benefit from an Environet guarantee, enroachment from one to the other and vice versa is covered.   

Our guarantees do not cover you for any consequential losses.

Please note that for waste disposal purposes, the guarantee does not mean that the soils can be classified as 100% knotweed free.
