We’re officially members of the Property Care Association

We’re delighted to announce that we are now a fully-fledged member of the industry trade body the Property Care Association, or PCA.

A growing number of mortgage companies require Japanese knotweed firms to be members of the PCA, so for you, our customers, it is now easier to buy or sell a property that has been affected by Japanese knotweed and treated by Environet.

We now also operate with the TrustMark accreditation, a Government supported scheme which shows we have passed an extensive vetting process to ensure we’re offering you the highest possible levels of service. We always have, of course, that’s how we’ve grown to become a market leader in the treatment of Japanese knotweed, but now we’ve got the stamp to prove it.

In order to keep our membership and TrustMark accreditation, our staff will take part in training to achieve new qualifications, backed up with regular inspections carried out on site, helping to ensure we stay at the top of our game. And you can rest assured that we practice strict procedures when it comes to health and safety, accounting and compliance.

We’re also proud to offer insurance-backed guarantees for our work, which means there is zero risk for you, the customer.

We’ve been trading for 22 years, but we don’t rest on our laurels. Our reputation is very important to all who work at Environet. Read some of our customer testimonials and get in touch if you have any concerns about Japanese knotweed, we’d love to hear from you.

“We had a large stand of bamboo removed, thinned, contained and replaced. The customer service has been first class. Joe and Jason were fabulous and kept me well informed at all times”.
