Samir Shanji, Surveyor

Samir Shanji, Consultant

Following a Geography degree from Queen Mary University of London, I was keen to pursue a career in the environmental sector and began working for a firm making packing from natural and sustainable resources such as bamboo. In my role as a Consultant for Environet, working across London and the South East, I’m responsible for checking properties for invasive plants, assessing the risks and making treatment and removal recommendations to clients. I also work closely with the operations team to see projects successfully through to completion.

I’m interested in horology and in my spare time I enjoy helping my family business source and restore vintage watches.
