I have worked in Administration and Customer Service for over 20 years, which started by being enrolled in a GNVQ for Business Administration. Since then, my role has adapted by moving into Sales/Accounts Administration and Customer Service-based roles. Throughout my career, I have kept my skills up to date by completing several advanced courses and have even qualified in CIPD Human Resources Level 3.
My role at Environet is to be one of the first points of contact for incoming enquiries, ensuring that clients are provided with advice and guidance to make informed decisions.
I am an obsessed foodie, and love anything food-related! I have also recently taken an interest in nutritional science and trying to keep active by swimming whenever I can.
